Shipping & Returns
Braintastic ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We deliver to most part of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Braintastic cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges:
All shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.
Cancellations:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on 01161357337 to cancel the order before dispatch.
Returns & Exchange :
Returns or Exchanges will be given within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt, except as stated below.
- Products must be unused, in original packing, in resalable condition and with the original receipt.
Damaged & defective Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged or found defective, non working, please email us on "info@braintastic.in" within 3 working days along with images of the damaged/defective product and we will help you out.
Refund method
If your original payment was made by cash, debit, credit card or mobile payment, then your refund will be applied using the same method.
Refund will be initiated upon successful return pick up and quality check is sucessfull.
Refund may take 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
